wow! nice height and skills! such a shame about the potential!!: (

i'd go PG personally.. cos at that height the guard skills train really fast... but depends what your team needs I guess

Thanks for the comment...Cause I'm training him at the slot of PG now....Quite new at BB might need all of the M'sia & World BB experts advices....

if you need suggestions on training PG's...

...well, I am your guy.

What are the skills should I train him besides JS,JR,Driving & Handling? Is these all the required skills for a PG?

Let me give you some immediate actions, then I will have a deeper look later.

a nice player. My Lisanti was weaker, same potential, a lot of satisfactions

Your priority is to bring him to 9 OD and 7 JR. I expect beside 8 HN/DR, may be 8 JS. If in this monorole training period you need a birole (and he's your primary trainee), do JS.

Knowing the goals for OD (PG spot) and JS (SG) allows you to flexibly arrange your team, as you need. Try planning at least two weeks in advance. These pops should take about 8-10 weeks, depending on decimals (183cm will help anyway).

Than we'll see.

btw, what is the meaning of monorole ? Does it mean training only focus on the one position rather than whole team training ?

Thanks again

whole team!?!? whole!?!?!? never ever!

mono = single position (OD for PG only for instance)
bi = two positions (OD for PG+SG)

never use others (3+): result is poor, training is slow and suboptimal, you never can use full potential even of a star, at the end you overpay your roster, keep money frozen on players that will not pay back, and don't develop your talents.

birole is an exception under two possible conditions:
1) that training does not allow mono (JS)
2) you had a messy week that will bring only to suboptimal training for a number of reasons (seldom, but happens)

with monorole, you should arrange your training program to have 48' in the designed spot for THREE trainees. I did for 6 seasons, so you can ;)

planning as I suggested above allows you to decide about your trainees set. if this season you'll spend at least 10 weeks in monorole, it is useless to have 4 trainees. You can have 3, plus a 23 yrs old, low potential but with room under cap, that will be your "overflow" player, taking biroles, some mono when trainees are injured, and can be sold at higher price (despite global economy...). I had one two seasons ago.

or, you can plan a season where your trainings will be almost all birole (JS/1v1) as I am doing for this one to (try to) survive. in this case, you can expand your roster to 4, 5, even 6 trainees (but only in a series where most of matches will be against bots).
