i'm planning 2 more weeks of IS then 2 weeks of ID then 2 weeks of RB. but i'm looking for some new trainees next season because i wouldn't be able to afford theses players salarys if i train them next season

Those guys are ok players in your league, but when looking for new players put a premium on secondaries. Big men with solid secondaries can cost less and are far more effective.

What do you think of this guy? He's my best (and only) prospect, although I have a lot of money. I would like to build a really defensive team, but i'm not sure what i'd like to do offensively, maybe a good passing and shooting team. So what do you think I sholud do with him?

work on his rebounding, this lacks to much for a guy of his size but having this OD for a Big Man is really special and could make him to a very strong and asked player.

Are you sure he's your only prospect? Your entire team is made up of 18 and 19 year olds.

You have six trainees so I would consider two position training for the rest of the season (rebounding, jumpshot, or 1-on-1).

Well I drafted both of them, and its look like both are going to play for U21 NT. Very proud. That was my goal, I must say.

I plan to keep on training rebounding til it gets to strong. After that, I'm not too sure what to do next. Would it be beneficial if I train his jumpshot/jumprange? It's only my first season playing this game. Got really addicted to it, lol.

Edit - And hopefully, his IS pops to proficient while I train his rebounding skills. I trained him in IS previously and he didn't pop. So I hope he is due for one next time.

Nice player.
I would do the following:
1. Get rebounding to strong.
2. Train one on one until Driving and Handling are both on Proficient.
3. Train Jump Shot until Jump Shot is on Prominent.
4. Train passing up to mediocre.
5. Train free throws up to pitiful.
6. Train IS, ID, and Rebounding until they are all on prominent.
