Salamat ulit! :)

Sa ngayon, there are 21 PG, 13 SG, 6 SF, 12 PF, 25 Centers in my list. Balak ko ngayon is to recruit 12 players muna for the team and one 22yo player na itrtrain pa ng manager for experience purposes.

Mas naging challenging magmanage ng NT ngaun dahil sa "GS HIT". Sana yung mga players na may monster salary ay d masyado matransfer.

Magandang araw sa inyong lahat! As of now, mayroon tayong 8 players sa NT roster. Bakit 8 pa lang? Dahil itong mga players ito ay may assurance from their own managers na magiging maayos ang kanilang season. The 8 players are:

Alvin Votorillo (20125275) - manager is still training him.
Angel Cabutihan (16982966) - manager training FT and Stamina and assured me good GS.
Apolonio Sepulveda (18304208) - manager is still training him.
Edgardo Discar (19837392) - manager is still training him and will train Stamina and FT after his training plan.
Lyndon de la Peña (23042001) - manager is still training him.
Rodney Tronco (16984404) - good skills and managing his GS well.
Pete Montallana (15037295) - same as tronco.
Gregorio Crisostomo (11009806) - Best pass first PG.

The other possible players for NT na hinihintay ko ang reply, pinagiisipan at hinihingi ang opinion ng iba:

Alberto Fernando Tolones (18306097) - lacks a certain skill, still waiting for reply. 30% chance.
Andrew Zacharias Parilla (18304089) - same as Tolones but with good secondaries. 80% chance.
Charlie Pelesco (9639529) - efficient as ever but getting old. 70%
Floyd Sabela (12187035) - GS problem, mismanaging issues. 20%
Jess Angelo Placer (12188283) - his bad stamina and FT says it all. 75%
Marvin Vincent Montano (19835582) - lacks little passing and GS problems and but good ft, stamina. 30%

SG:

Calvert Manikan (18306077) - great primary and secondaries. Still waiting for reply. 80%
Nicanor Lopez-Jaena (19833318) - a promising 25yo. manager is still training him. 40%
Norman Migallos (9641155) - NT player for how many seasons, skills are ok but he's 32 now. 60%
Victor Perfecto Silla (18304052) - same manager of Parilla, almost identical skills but manager wont' reply. 80%

Forwards

Gary Loste (13606917) - stamina problem. 40%
Francisco Abada (9641068) - aging Abada still have moves. Perfect for SF position. 75%
John Paul Evangelista (13605090) - rebounding is the problem. But he still got good ratings. 43%
Juan Marcelo Flores (9639269) - good SF but will expect some skill decrease because of his age. 50%
Marion Benedicto (18306349) - promising player. 90%
Johnas Dispo (24281140) - raw skills. great response by manager. Will need opinions in getting him for exp. purposes. 80%

Centers

Alex III Samonte (18306679) - NT material but i'm worried about his GS. Suki sa TL. 30%
Andrew Solima (8210746) - not big boy anymore, old guy na. Will expect skill decrease. 50%
Bernard Delfin (19835050) - manager still won't reply. Possible salary problem. 50%
Edward Sales (18305303) - one of the best but the manager is mismanaging his minutes. 70%
George Singson (13607095) - Like samonte too, suki sa TL. 40%
Luis Angelo Rubi - (24280640) - New blood but manager says "baka itratrain ko pa" 30%
Niño Mallare - (9641841) - flaws in rebounding. 30%
Onyok Primavera (11010962) - one of the "Tanders" but still have good production. 40%
Rossel Genona (13603735) - rebounding problems again. 30%
Simplicio Cichon (12186602) - another bad rebounder but better that Genona and Evangelista. 30%
Wenresti Feca (19838205) - still young and promising, manager is training secondaries. 20%

Btw, 12-13 players muna balak ko icallup till Saturday. Late call up na yung iba, sayang slots kasi baka may player akong kunin tapos maging pangit pala ang season nya.

Woi, bat ni minsan hindi pa na-scout yung player ko na SF? Hindi ko naman sinasabi na dapat syang isama sa lineup. Kahit man lang sana silipin ang skills nya para makita kung saan na ang level nya kumpara sa mga ibang NT players.

Eh nascout ko na sila tatay jep. Si Querouz nakita ko na rin po, nasa database ko na rin sila. I might consider Querouz as a backup SF, but I'll see sa iba pang options.

Well-rounded ang skills ni Dabandan lo, but not as superior as others. Will think about him too. Salamat sa notice! Discuss lang natin sa chat sa Saturday.

Hahahaha wala naman akong problema niyan. Players with skills like Abada and Dabandan have their weak spots. Just like Dispo when he was playing in the U21 may certain times na hirap talaga siya e laro. The owner ni Dispo will also face the decision on what kind of SF he will eventually become.

Ang sa akin lang si Abada and Dabandan are almost the same. One is more offensive one is more defensive. Considering one while not considering the other might lead complaints by the owner of Dabandan who we know is Mr. Sungit nyahahahaha Peace :D

napagusapan na namin ang gawin nya, binigyan ko siya ng three options. I'm glad na malaki talaga ang willingness ng manager na itrain siya.

I agree about Abadabandan tandem pero mejo nakapusan lang talaga ako kay Dabandan ng konti, mas ok pa si Querouz dun. :)
