Sonoda is not bad. He is 3rd or something like that (I don't see database in this moment) but only if we consider inside skills. In my ranking I include all skills, primaries and secondaries.

It's funny, Sonoda has almost the same skills as one of my player. They are very similar, 3 of 4 inside skills of my player are the same as skills of Your player, one inside skill of my player is one level worse.
My player was born in my club with salary=3500 (very weak value). He is probably capped from few weeks. He plays in our (polish) national team. He is the best scorer and the best rebounder in our team in current World Championships.
And I almost forget. He is 21 years old and of course he plays in U21 national team...

It was probably my fault I selected Asano, not Sonoda. However we would lose anyway, only points difference would be smaller. I wanted to check Asano because for sure we need better players than Sonoda in future to make Japan NT stronger. With player as Sonoda Japan NT will be competitve only against U21 teams.

And one more thing. Two days ago, before Your posted on forum, I didn't even know whose player was Sonoda and whose player was Asano. In fact, I didn't even remember their names. In my database I see only skills (numbers) and I have problem to remember names and I don't even try it. Iit isn't necessary, and I don't like to do things which are unnecessary.

We would have been better with Yoks default lineup. 3-0 under Yoks, 0-2 under you.

I explained it in past. Referees were bribed, we were better in both these games.
And... when I received "buttons" we had no promotion to 2nd round. After few days I we were sure. And I did it even without playing competitive match. So maybe I am not so bad.

It is things like this that have you on 29% support.

This value is ~3 times better than my result in elections.

Sadly when I bought Sonada he was already capped. I gave him 6-8 weeks of 1 on 1 training & in that time he finally had a handling or driving pop. If not he would be very different. Thanks to both of you for your comments, it is true about the level of competition.

To rest of my friends, give him a chance, he is a experienced guy.
The thing that effect a lot for confidence of NT manager is support of the country whose NT you are managing. And the confidence matters.

Your Majesty, You are careless, especially with Your nick. For few weeks more GMs concentrate their attention on this forum...

A little bit unfair and misguided to misrepresent the community. There *is* support for him, even tho' he wasn't our primary choice... and this is mirrored in the fact that BB King's approval rating has risen from the 29% it was at for his commencement, to currently being 62%.

On that, perhaps those that still have voted negatively could give an honest appraisal of what's being done at the moment. If you still feel it's 'no', so be it. I think he's doing a pretty good job, in not altogether perfect circumstances.

hey...BTW
could you post a depth chart so we can see where our players stand on the chart...

This is why I am still a NO.....but I am creeping towards a YES. I was hoping for a simple answer like...Hey, that is a great idea or Sorry, I don't have the time.....but not to get an answer kind of sucked.
BTW...On a funny note..I might vote YES just because he benched Wolph's super duper Tsunami for lastnights game...hahahahaa

On the reverse side he knew what he was getting into when he ran, so I don't feel sorry for him ending up as a coach in a country where he didn't have much support, no one forced him to put his name in the hat.

Yeah, but he IS here, and he IS doing a pretty good job... so I feel that even a 62% approval is a bit petulant and juvenile on our part (as a community).

Leaving out of the team 1 of the best performers in Sonada is worth a no from me, but I am willing to change if he does better. This week he left out Kaname Kouzuki. Now I know Kaname Kouzuki is far, far from the top player on the team, but BBKing seems to ignore game shape which I think is critical. Kaname Kouzuki was in proficient game shape, 4th top DMI on the team, scored ratings of 17.5 in both league games this week, helped me beat the unbeaten Yoks yet couldn't even crack the top 12 of the NT against guys like Kouzo Yasujiro who has been scoring 12.0 and 14.0 in his last 2 league games & Katsurou Matsumoto who scored 13.5 & 12.5. I have no doubt these guys have better stats (except for experience) but the game shape must not be ignored.
