Not sure any player is worth 10m alone. That said, I think the only thing that would ever fetch that price is combination of complete uniqueness and versatility and probably has to be ATG to reach the types of builds I visualize for that heap of cash. For me, I would require a build something like this:
JS 10 JR 10
OD 19 HN 15
DR 15 PA 17
IS 10 ID 18
RB 17 SB 14

145 TSP and only about 201k salary. Would be a great defender, able to defend any position, and rebounder. Not much of a scorer but should make up for that as a playmaker and isnt a complete liability. I see his best use at PG offensively and then using his versatility defensively to switch off to wherever you need him given your opponent.

Not sure that many TSP is possible or how this guy could ever exist as I've never attempted it in a training simulator but it's definitely unique!

Since three high skills are for bigs (RB, ID, SB) and only one true guard skill is high (OD), I think the best height for this player is 201-203 cm. Passing is a guard skill, but it trains fast enough for bigs.

The biggest upside of this player: great OD when defending bigs. You can force them in many turnovers or just bad shots if their PA or HA is low enough. A really nice player.

Guys, I have answer for you. There is no player in BB worth 10 million $! Why ? You all know the answer! Economy has changed. Secondly, you can't make MJ in 7 years of training. It is possible to make perfect player in 10-12, but who will pay such a money for player who is in his 30's ??? BB made the price too high. It should be like 6~ millions.
P.S. BB could release super talented player once a season and he could be taken by the team who'd bid the biggest price. Talent gets best team for him, which can train him to his potential and BB world have big star once a year.

The problem I see with this is that the best/wealthy get better (eventually), while the bad/poor get worse. And what if a team were to buy him, then they end up quitting or wasting his potential? Or what if they were to list him for outrageous prices?

When you pay big money for a player, you just dont want to waste his potential. But its just thoughts.

You can make a heckuva team with 10 mil in this market. So I have high standards for a 10 mil for 1 player. Either a rookie with good size and all 7 skills(and 8 ft) and ATG. Or a 25-29 year old with all 20 skills.

building on your idea, not a 10 mil. build but somethign taht should probably dominate in lower divisions and maybe not to hard to train...

JS 10 JR 10
OD 10 HN 10
DR 15 PA 10
IS 12 ID 13
RB 15 SB 15

or there abouts. I think a goo OD and high SB and you'll stop the LI guys...wtih 10ish secondaries you should flow and shoot very very well from big spots..since lots of people are rockign sub5 OD

I tried to get a 21yo guy with all 8-10s that I could finish off as I started my guards but i didnt have deep enough pockets at the time. I agree that a build something like that should do well along the way to the top. Doubt it would be effective at the top though. Doesnt look like it'd be very hard to train either.

since we are getting away from 10m players and just talking builds...and since you mentioned the common sub 5 OD...
I would love to see a guy like this used at PF in a patient offense.
JS 18 JR 10
OD 10 HN 12
DR 15 PA 10
IS 10 ID 16
RB 15 SB 12
128 TSP, 160k-ish salary
Would be an above average defender at the PF spot and in the right offense would light up the scoreboard.

Well, I probably would never spend 10 mil on one player. So if I were to do so it would be on an unrealistic player.

I've seen quite a few unrealistic builds on this thread, but here is a build that I am training my 6'10" MVP Potential player to become. I got the build from tinkering with rhyminsimon's training simulator for my player

13 3
16 15
17 16
17 17
8 6

He would be listed as a point guard but he would almost be a power forward. His salary would be about $90,000.

Although I may never transfer him, would this be a player that would sell for a ton of money, maybe above $5,000,000?
