No need to have 2 teams just clear all bot teams that is enough, also clear all leagues that have active managers less than 16 there can be a continental leagues for them.

I know, that's just an example how many leagues with lower number of users would look like, no one of them would like it.

No one is safe, countries on Balkan too, that's a hot topic, imagine in one league people from Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia..
Its fun to play with guys from your country, its simple your league. What is cool for me when I am a champion of Malta, it's not my country, people their don't get me..

Its like in real life you see Real Madrid B team play in Seria A in Italy lol

As Kumiko said, if they want this circus, make them a League, an International league where all second teams play and let them have fun with each other, there is no reason to disturb or destroy other leagues.

One thing more again this, second teams are used mostly as farms, so bigger countries will become double advantage, go in a small country, in 1st or 2nd league, and then train 1-2 players from your country to the limits, you just don't care if you don't get cash and success with this 2nd team, its just a farm for your NT.

For me they are too many reasons again this suggestion, I really hope BB-s will see what would it bring..

I read this thread, if there are similar thread maybe I didn't read them.

There would be a good chance.. OK, I just said once that there could be more farms. Quick example, Croatian managers train Bosnian players with their second clubs, Bosnian teams train Croatian players with their second clubs, we just make a deal, that is OK? .. There is too much ways to manipulate, that's my point. Maybe someone agree with me, someone not, but it's a fact.

I like the 2nd team idea but I think there are too many ways to manipulate things and cheat.

Perhaps a way to fix that, if it hasn't been mentioned already, is to create a "Supporter (Super) League". The number of supporters would decide how many divisions. Every supporter has a 2nd team, and they have the choice to manage it or not (keeping up numbers).

This could be a Super League because it might be more active and more difficult to head up to higher levels.

I should one day play in my league in Bosnia with people from Mexiko, Island, Camerun, Hong Kong, Norway, Brasil... no thanks. That's not fun to me, can't imagine that.

One of the argument for a second team is that's probably not fun to be two in Malta or Pakistan. Bosnia is safe with 329 managers.

What instead closing micronations? While they add "color" to the game, it is clear that there is no development at all, there. I remember when I coached Ghana U21 for 4 seasons, and it came out that the 5 active teams there were managed by a single egyptian user using an internet proxy.

I agree on everything that King Leonidas says; farms, planned exchanges, lose of coherence in the lower league forums. And I would add:
- Supporters will have the chance to test on real matches all the tactics and trainings that at the moment nobody will do to not risk losing matches. This is an advantage on the game, contrary to the BB rules: "Supporters shouldn't have any advantage"
- Supporters already have they "second team": it's the private leagues, where you can play a second tournament, parallel to the main one, without any impact on the daily team life.

No, really, please drop this idea. One man, one team.

If this were implemented to the game, I only got one question:

What happens when your supporter runs out? Does like your team get locked or something? It would involve a lot of checking by the GMs and BBs about that.

Other then that I like the suggestion. I'd probably want to use my first paycheck on a BB supporter, and then get the 2nd BB Team.

I always dreamed of having another team balling in Jamaica

That's actually a really good point. Just swayed my opinion, that's for sure. While I actually pay for the game, I like the idea that if I want to play for free, I won't be disadvantaged. I see loads and loads more games that have these little, "buy this and you'll get an advantage over your friends!" That, in every case, makes me drop the game immediately or never start it.
