Since you took over the team there appears to have been a major drop off in interest, honestly it seems to be at an all time low. Do you feel any responsibility for this and how do you think it can be corrected?

How will you increase interest in the Canadian U21 team?

What we need to do is get managers more involved from the beginning. We shouldn't just wait until they land a nice prospect,If we try to get them involved in the community early on, I'm sure we would have more success retaining managers which is good for Canada and BB as a whole.

The NT remained relevant thru a great season but our U21 team appeared as a shadow of its former self. How can it be improved? I agree it is up to everyone to help but the manager is the captain of the ship so bares a heavy responsibility.

People are people.
They don't have as much interest in BB as we do.
I think the U21 is less important to Canadian managers so, I think that if we let them know about getting involved they might join up and voice their opinions

Yes. The offsite needs to be utilized 10x as much as it is now. Why aren't people posting/participating there? It's dead. It's filled with so many posts/folders from 2012 that finding something from 2015 is a treasure hunt. People should be in the know about how the team is forming/changing/improving

In all honesty, I think including others is way more realistic a way forward with the U21

BB forums are slow in general, its no surprise that the Canadian forums are dead.

So we know things got a little heated during the election and some shots were fired etc etc...but I want to publicly make a plea for HTG to return to the forums. Current Naismith champ and a great long time manager it would be very sad if we didn't hear from you again. I know things got heated and things were said that might be tough to take back, but Im asking HTG reconsider? Funny how the most memorable part of my finals loss campaign a couple seasons ago is having a great game with your team, improbably squeezing it out and me loving your rant post after. If you are gone, so would be a part of the game I enjoy and especially this year would love to hear your thoughts on the B3 games. Come back!

HTG my friend! I must apologize for not posting more in the offsite...in truth I was doing it every week, but the feedback was always zero to limited to I didn't think it was needed every week...that said, since you appreciate it so much I will try to be more diligent about getting some tactics up before the game. With game shape update on Friday and games Monday sometimes it takes a day or two to get around to analysis and before you know it the game is right there and there isn't much time to post for feedback. But like I said I will try to put up tactics every week especially for your feedback. Also please feel free to message me any time to talk about strategy etc. There are a couple people who I talk to on bbmail/chat about tactics and it is really helpful. Would be great to see you in a chat once in a while, especially with rd two coming up and some tough games.

Also big up to Morwood for the commentaries and Cletus for the scouting...and every manager who is doing a great job this season. Go Canada!
