Sundin mo lang yung mga sinabi ni Ob1. Kung gusto mo talagang kumuha ng Trainer at Youth Trainer, kung ang edad ng roster mo ay 30 at pababa mas maganda ang Advanced (Lvl. 4) Fitness ang speacialty. Youth Trainer naman kahit next season na. Tutal nasa mid season na tayo at wala ka pang iti-train for U21. Invest ka muna 2 points per week sa Draft and Scouting.

Marami ka pangdapat unahin tulad ng paginvest sa Arena. Expand ka lang muna ng expand para mas tumaas income mo per home game/week. Huwag mo ring kalilimutang maginvite or magaccept ng scrimmage kada linggo para masmarami kang maitrain.

Absolutely agree. Remember, though, to spend time scouting in the "Draft and Scouting" page.

Don't think of being a powerhouse yet. It will result to you being anxious about grabbing old average players in the TL. What I can share to all of the newbies is to establish a franchise player first. Find or draft a trainee. Consult with the U21 coach. The skills that you must train depends on the position and height. Primaries over secondaries. One position training.

No tanking, while prioritising development of players aged between 21 to 25. Mahilig ako sa reclamation projects:) Btw the publication of a list of trainable players in the TL, similar to what greedy did before will help us make the best of the Filipino talent out there.
