É verdade. Quando cheguei nesta divisão (faz 6 temporadas) meu time era 8500+ no ranking geral. Percebi que alguns times que chegaram nesta temporada possuíam ranking 10000+/11000+. Sem adicionar jogadores para equilibrar as partidas a tendência era apanhar da maioria.

Não sei se perceberam, mas o vice da temporada passada também subiu para a LN. Isso abriu mais uma vaga do lado de cá. Como não "caiu" alguém da LN, ganhamos apenas adversários que subiram da L3. Dois deles abandonaram e tem mais um que não acessa há mais de 30 dias. Em breve será mais um bot.

Quanto ao seu debate com o GM sobre a forma dos jogadores encontrei este antigo post sobre o assunto. Porém cita apenas o caso de uma eventual queda na forma (não várias) ainda que dentro do limite de minutos sugeridos.

Este outro post sugere uma relação entre resistência e forma. Baixa resistência poderia diminuir a forma mesmo com uma quantidade de minutos aceitável. Um médico massagista poderia reduzir os efeitos ruins de muitos minutos jogados.

*Esqueci de mencionar o Psicólogo Esportivo da comissão secundária que também lida com a forma dos jogadores, mas seria um salário a mais para pagar.

Realmente a única explicação pode ser a questão da stamina, vou treinar isso.

Na questão do massagista, eu contratei um. Mas é foda porque é um gasto de 15-20k semana a mais. Quando já é difícil manter jogador que vai ser treinado para LN...
Mas é isso. Ir aceitando as injustiças sem deixar a peteca cair...

Só não vou ficar sempre calado, tipo questão de calendário que na primeira semana e na do all star apenas metade dos times vão ter jogos em casa e isso afeta a renda semanal.
Já tentei reclamar disso a anos atrás, agora desisti e só aceito/torço o calendário me prejudicar/favorecer

Falsificado não, teve mérito por ter conseguido tantos pontos, se seria diferente ou não se tu tivesse do nosso lado, seria outros 500. Não tem nada ganho, também não irei contar com a vitória do Palestra mesmo sabendo ser impossível deles perderem praticamente. Vamos manter a competição lá em cima :D
