Playing from season 4, and game "speed" is one of the most important things. Not sure if I would "survive" speeding up the game, but I am open for changes.

or hold a team of more than 5 players + two half playable subs

yes, if you're not training you can play a 9-12 men roster and do well in the regular season, only to lose to a stronger 5-men team in the playoffs

if you're training, you're just starting your season with a 0-7 record. good luck with that

It's always funny to see people complaining about short roster, but when you make a proposition that required larger rosters their answer is: "but how I will manage my GS with my short roster?".

3 games means 144 minutes/week, so every player should NOT play 50% of the time to be in decent shape
are we supposed to not have starters?

It's what I explained somewhere in the past: you will never move forward if you ask users' advise; if you have the power to decide and if you think a decision is good for your business and your customers, impose it! At the end the goal is to have more satisfied customers than unhappy. It's the only way to do.

i can only agree with this, given the embarassing lack of thought put into these recent suggestions

Exactly.

Given the same sum of salaries, a team of 8 players should do better in a game than a team of 5 players.
Until now, the opposite happens.

This is the key of the problem, and it has nothing to do with adding more games to the schedule.
