yeah, i don't see it ;) Sometimes you are right, but not everytime.

The probability is high that you are right here, but in the end the BB have to say it.

But why are the salaries raising every week? This isn't very realistic, at least not in by that much. I'd prefer, if the lvl were dropping over time, instead of the salaries raising. I just think that would make more sense..

I'm no fan of the new system. It just takes me to long to find a decent replacement. Takes the fun away for me.

I can't read all these posts, but I believe that no one mention this before me.

Current staff system is good! But it isn't good enough!

What if I have coach...and after 1 or 2 seasons his wage become too high? And he is not high lvl?

I will never pay 1.000.000 or higher for one staff! And if I had PR lvl 6, and his vage is $ 34 892 - THAT IS ALMOST LIKE MY NT-PLAYER!!! ...and he is stil 6 lvl!!!!!!

I think that if wages are rising, then coaches, doctors, and PRs should rise their skills too! That looks like fair! ...and real!

you knew his wage would be raising when you bought him in the first place. Read the rules, please.

Besides, there is a salary cap for your staff. It won't go up endlessly (although it is likely to be cheaper to find other staff before you reach the salary cap).

2 weeks I'm trying to buy PR level 5 with Crowd Involvement...and I cant do that because always someone bid 300k, 440k, once there was 800k!!!

2 days I'm trying to buy doctor lvl 4 or 5 with massage, but but those doctors went for 150k... and 200k (today my last bids).

I set my clock and wake up at 05:00 am just to buy PR lvl 6 with low wage and Crowd Involvement spec. and someone bid 800k!!!!!!

Is that normal?

In my team I have 2 NT players, next season will have to pay around 130k weekly just for 2 players! This season, with Attendance around10500 I have weekly profit $123.236. Next season that will be around $40.000!!!!!
And how do you expect that I have money for Staff?

I NEED WHOLE SEASON FOR COLLECTING MONEY JUST TU BUY 2 SOLID STAFFs WITH SPECIALITY!

Do you think that is real to pay 800k for PR, or 200k for doctor...5 level!???
That is whole my season budget! Is that real?

I play 1st league, I should be happy...and I can't afford to buy one solid PR and Doctor! That is really stupid!

And if I'm not the only one, then BB should do something... silence is not solution.

If the BB team believes that the Staff system is working as intended by them, then there is no solution needed.

Well, you claim that someone actually did bid that. Thus, I'd say it's real.

To be honest, I'm not sure what you're complaining about.
