Yes, but that won't come until he is 22.

Which means it won't come. You're not seriously going to be paying a guy 50k+/week and then play him with *that* OD and passing 48 minutes per week at PG.

But in the short weeks, I can and probably will give him secondary training.

Pretty sure you're right. I train mostly Big Men atm. but from what I've heard "experts" say, I'm pretty sure you're correct. but I have CONSISTENTLY heard NEVER train jump Range.

Not sure who these experts are but why wouldn't you train JR if u want an outside threat.

I train JR, I dont think it trains fast enough with JS. Although I usually push it to prominent or even just proficient and then leave it for a while. The only guard skill I do not train on itself is HA.

I really don't recommend training JR. It is way too slow (ends up taking 2 weeks for a pop) when I can let it pop with JS. Like Bballin said, after 10 or 11, JR isn't worth the salary increase. I also don't HA, just let it pop with DR and PA.

I usually go for players at 7 JR. Also I prefer One on One to train JS because I feel as though I get more bang for my week. So JR doesn't get too much of secondary training for me. I just sneak in a couple weeks a season.

HA also pops from OD training.
