Another game that was suppose to be close turned out to be a massacre in the making as the U21 Pilipinas Team convincingly demolished one of the top favorites of the Asian U21 Championships the U21 Hongkong team by a score of 117-86. Top player AJ Mones went down with an injury in the first quarter but wasn't missed because his backup Dexter Zuleata and Gene Umadhay scored 25 and 21 points respectively to power the U21 Pilipinas Squad to a not so surprising win.

After the game U21 manager PH-Cezzz raised his hand and made a one sign and the entire U21 team and the Pilipinas fans at hand also did the same. When asked by the reporters if his gesture meant the U21 team was Number 1 in Asia this is what PH-Cezzz had to say. "No it meant one more game to go. One final game and finally Philippines will have a International Cup after all these seasons of trying."

When asked if he was worried when Mones went down with an injury this is what PH-Cezzz had to say. "Worried? I would be lying if I said I wasn't but I have faith in all my players. They have the heart and determination to win it all. One more game against the dreaded U21 Australian Team and if my boys can win it they will forever be immortalized for seasons to come. And I have the faith they can do it."

Salamat Salamat hehehe.. It was a great game talaga kahit nainjured pa si Mones.. Props to HongKong, natakot ako sa lineup nila.. The main key sa laban na yun is the OR of our team.. Almost every player nakakuha ng OR. Next game will be vs Australia, I hope we will win this one and makakalagay na rin tayo ng Gold Trophy sa U21 team page natin. Go Pilipinas!

Next game would be tough. natalo rn kasi ng autralia ang hongkong.. i know they'll keep on defending our inside scorers in our finals game. i'll take advantage on that..

pero coach alam mo nmn na kung pano laruin ang AUS db? tinalo na natin sila nung nakaraan e....wag nga lang po kampante they might be better this time

d nga ako kampante eh.. For me, sila ang best team ngayon.. Pero sana matalo natin.. Sana makatrophy na tayo ng ginto.. :)

siguro pareng cezzz, kailangan natin mag-focus sa outside offense... masyado na tayong known for inside focus sa offense eh... aussie gumagamit ng 2-3 eh... so malamang mag 2-3 sila dahil alam nila yun yung advantage natin... kayang kaya naman natin i-exploit yung matchup natin sa mga guards nila...
