Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: awful ↑
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

For example...for the first player i wan tto train passing, but for the second is not so important for now.

I would train their OD to prolific first for both of them, and then proceed by training Handling for three more points. Jump Range and Jump Shot might be nice too. Passing and Driving might come last, and their JS is already quite nice for 18-yos.

You can train both of them parallelly, the second one will always be more of a SG than the first, so their relative roles won't change, and both will profit from all the skills you want to train either one.

I think OD is their first concern for now. Handling might be good, too, but Passing and OD training will take care of it to some degree.

First two were my draft players. They played in U21 NT. For some reason Everim didnt. I am gonna continue to train them (I am planing to train inside skills for some time), now with lev 5 trainer. They were trained one position training with lev 6 trainer.

Is that even possible, to train a 6'4 guy in inside skills? As short as that is compared to 6'7 or 6'8? It he can improve than i'll train shorter players in inside skills.

Of course its possible :/
...but speed of training is decreased. My goal is for them to have "average" inside skills. They dont need them too much as a PG or SG, but they gonna make difference for my team someday.
