nice 1 talo ang U21 ng france sa scrimage..

Here is the list of the people who can be a part of the team. Just like last season, I will be enrolling them in the team once the season progresses. List will not be in particular order.

PF/C

1. Jose Montano (8207303) - Big man who can shoot. He will be crucial in some of the games. Consistent good Game shape, as usual is key to call up here.

2. Syril Samson (8207402) - Has the most well-rounded skills among the big men. Is part of the NT at the moment, but the manager will release him once we need his services for the team.

3. Almario Baclao (8210977) - Close to Montano with his skills. Again, it depends on game shape and how they pop up in their skills throughout the season.

PG/SG

1. Emmet Dasilao (8207459) - He actually was part of the team last season, but failed to grow. The new manager is training him, and hopefully he can develop the that he should have. JS is lacking, but that is already being addressed at the moment.

2. Fausto Lemos (8209459) - Good skills, I was so close in calling him up at the start of the season. The most well-rounded player in terms of guard skills. Injuries to the main team, or consistent good form may see him in the team soon.

3. Cris Mata (8207089) - Will be a good shooting guard for the future. OD is still short, but otherwise a good player. Low potential sets him back a bit.

Last season, we had very good guards, dividing playing time was very hard and I opted to choose to play those who I think will be in the team this season. This time around, we have very very good Big Guys. Ejercito and Saballe have sure spots, but the other spots depend on their game shape and how they progress in the course of the season.

I think the team is progressing just fine, but I think we are lacking in terms of scouting and guiding the owners of the 18 year olds. I think that we need to monitor and mentor every single one who has potential of making it into the team in the future. Enthusiasm is not reset still, therefore, we need to find those who are in teams who are going bot, and enroll them into the team until they're sold. I lacked in this aspect this season, hopefully we can improve on this one.


In other news, we beat France. (8924). Game was delayed several hours, but is worth it. Probably won't mean much, but they are ranked 3rd in the rankings, which can only be a good thing. We played well, despite the wrong tactics, which partly was due to home advantage. Reodica played well as he led the team in scoring. Savella too, with his 7 assists.

Okay, I've updated the site earlier and we're ready to go. Sorry, it took long, I have a slooow internet connection and had to wait for the leagues to be updated. Thank you to all who helped update it.

Now, I'll distribute the development and mentoring stuff to the staff. I'll give a brief description on what their roles are.

18 year olds

Guys, these are the players from the scouting site. I have already picked those who have the potential to go through, from $5300 and up. I wasn't slacking off, but these are the only ones that I could see. There are currently 32 players on the database, and I'll divide them to 4 people. These are really good players who are on active, semi-active teams, which is an improvement from last season. It was sad to see a LOT of players who belong to teams who have gone bot, or aren't trained.

For the staff, the overall strategy is to:

1. Communicate with the managers of the players. Ask them if they are training the player.
2. If they are, ask them how they are training it. If they tell you they're focus training the player, don't take it as it is, and as them the training scheme, the position played, and stuff.
3. Ask them what level their trainers are. For the lower leagues, a level 4 will do, but 5 is better. Anything lower than 4 is unacceptable.
4. If they are not, ask them why, and if they are willing to sell the player.
5. If they plan to sell the player, tell them naman to sell it a reasonable time for Filipinos to be able to buy it. Kasi some people are sold madaling-araw, which makes it hard for those who do not have internet connections at home.
6. If the manager does not respond, please see when they last logged-on. Teams will become bot on the 6th week, so please message me if it is already the 5th week. I'll enroll the player to the team until the player is sold.
7. In case of pop-ups, please post on the players' pictures on the site.

Don Manoah (55297)- Team leader. Has been the most active ever since. Overall coordinator for this age level and for players not on the list, he is the man to contact. He can then delegate the task of handling the player to his team mates.

This is for player development. I put the more active ones in the 18 year olds and as team leaders. The 18 year old bracket kasi is crucial for the development of the players.

For the team leaders, you can assign the members as to whom will handle which players. Find the players nalang on the site. All of you guys naman are part of it na db? Update the players with pops nalang if you can.

I'll update the u21 announcement next time. We do encourage having the owners of the players join the database account, including those who are interested in the team overall. If anyone else wants to join the staff, please do so. I may have forgotten some people, so please post here if you want to join.

waw nasama ako... salamat Lia... if anyone out there who is training a PG, I am willing to help... marami akong tips na maibibigay sa iniu para mapalakas ung PG prospect niu at the same time, mapaganda ung build up ng team niu... I can help you out in putting the best persons in your team... based on my experience... mapapaganda talaga team niu sinisigurado ko sa iniu... just keep in touch with me and I will help you... dont forget, PG is my specialty... I can help you in training other positions though but I cant guarantee the outcome... ^^
