Regardless of which one of us makes it to the finals, what's the odds on either of us forsaking training enough to win the best of three? And even if we did forsake it, do you really believe either of us could beat either of them twice, once being on the road?

I trained GS this week(First time in club history), and am already planning on forsaking training if I make it. And you beat Bullish at their place during the regular season on equal effort so the odds aren't as bad as you make it sound. The Great 8 is deeper for sure, but I could definitely see any of the 4 teams remaining winning it all.

My win against BM wasn't without controversy, as it involved an assist from the bench that could've been responsible for the game going into overtime. And I haven't had a chance to play Pappy full strength.

All these points are irrelevant if my GS is as bad as I think it is.

would you really place training (aside from GS) above a chance (however slim) to advance to the NBBA?

I consider advancing to the NBBA is a lifetime achievement, like starting the University of Virginia or writing the Declaration of Independence, something that will go on my tombstone.

Been there, done that; the next time I'll be ready.

And I want my tombstone to read "See? I told you I was sick."

Just my opinion here, if you would have snapped up a $100K-$150K big man before the playoffs, then I think you would have been ready.

There weren't any Americans available that were worth a crap. I've been looking for someone to replace Sottocornholio for about 3 seasons.

There were plenty of non-Americans available...so I guess it's definitely a hardcore philosophy, and dare I say, obsession for you then, huh?

He is the lone foreigner on my team, after all.

By the end of next season, though, Hawthorne should be better than him, so I'm not in that big of a hurry.

Dog Rivers and I are in a shoot out. Zero defense is being played.

It's the complete opposite in the Big 8 title game.
