No, it means that people cannot:

A. Sell their accounts, things like that.

B. Cannot sell logos and then have a massively inflated transfer from that team go in their favor.


If a user went outside BB, had them design something, and then used it, that's not a problem.

But what if someone suggest to buy supporter for logo and banner design, is this against the rules?
