I think this is a weird pop because he has not received any training in JR before:

Passing for PG / SG

Pablo Maldonado ↑popped↑ in Jump Range from average to respectable .
Pablo Maldonado ↑popped↑ in Passing from respectable to strong .

We didn't have PA -> JR yet, thanks! Are other skills much higher or lower than JR?

Few weeks ago we have in our NT also JS pop while training PA. But I'm not quite sure that is necessary to mark all new pops. I expect that there is possibility of any pop during any training.

Yeah, by now I think it's clear CT is totally random. And that the more low skills your trainee has, the more CT affects you...

It is the lowest of the guard skills but he is a very balanced player seeing that the lowest skill considering ST and FT included is average. So i think that he could have poped in any of the 3 skills with average.

I would sooooo love to get an OD from 1 on 1 FWDs!! I've been getting so many pops past few weeks of training it, most of my trainees would pop in one or more of those HN, DR, IS, JS. But no cross-training pops for now.
