To maintain good game shape, what is the appropriate weekly minutes range for my players? Thank you.

Kind of depends on your stamina, players with stamina 1 can reach gs9 by playing 48 minutes. With stamina 3 I was already struggling to reach 9 after 78ish minutes (level6 psychologist too!).

But in general I'd try keeping your minutes in the range of 63-75. This has worked well enough for me. I would also recommend buying a psychologist if you were to be competetive in the league and play for the win. It's a massive gamechanger.

Which team wins if both teams forfeit the game by not registering players? The home team?

Stamina 1? Is that Prominent? Most of my players game shape are in the average to strong range. Psychologist huh? I hate using the last week or two for playoff game shape instead of regular training - assuming I'm going to the playoffs and I think I have a chance of advancing - so that may not be a bad idea for the next time. If I hire a psychologist are the effects shown over the next training update? Or does it take a few weeks to have its affect on the players?

Stamina 1 is atrocious.

Psychologist would take effect with the training update.

Hello

Does the trainer level affects training of stamina / game shape / free throws?

It is a mixture of both.
Definitely you want to invest to your arena as it will provide you the majority of your income irrespective the division that you are.
To make this happen smoothly and efficiently you also need a team (at least after the first 24 weeks in terms of new teams) to be able to generate income and sell those seats.
You need to do this gradually. Buy a few solid players at your level, do not try to be the best, just be able to win a few games and maintain positive income.
Long term planning is the key.
Once you have a solid arena where you can generate enough income at your division you can also start to train 18 years, at least 2 or 3.
you know long term plan... you can keep them after 4-5 seasons or sell them, and in the meantime you want to invest as much as possible to your arena.
