So if I train my 1 and 2 guards in shooting. It'll take 3 -4 weeks (in real time) for it to take effect?


correct...sort of. it will take that long for an increase in skill

So then you what...put yourslef and your team on a training cycle and just jot it all down?


Correct. I train C/PF so I have a training cycle consisting of inside shot, rebounding, inside defense, and shot blocking. It rotates on a bi-weekly basis.

Which if this is true means, my new team (the virgins in which they are) will not improve at all for several weeks?


Not correct. Although pops in skill take several weeks the players do receive training. There is improvement in their skills, but not enough to warrant the full pop.

you can train from 2 to 6 players... By not loosing any efficiency of training... but only two positions per week... and no one knows how long now will you need for one skill`up... cause BBs slacken the pace of training...

Is it correct that during All-star weekend there are only 2 matches???
So you can train only 4 players? Do lpayers playing the all-star game get training?

Yes, except if you are still in the cup, then you'll have 3 matches.

So you can train only 4 players?


Depends on the training method, when you train stamina you can train them all.

Do lpayers playing the all-star game get training?


They don't get training minutes for the all-star match. It's just like a PL game.

yes.

You can also train your whole team in stamina or FT. Those don't need minutes.

thanks a lot. So my players will improve, but i won't see it for two weeks or so, right? Is there a plaus sign next to the skill or an indicator of any kind?
