hi superfly guy look i am gonna take all his inside skill to proficient and then only od

No problem - its just my opinion.. he has the potential and time on his side to be awesome.. 6'10 is tough to train OD but thats the only tough skill... much better to do it whilst he is U20 and so a few weeks of ID here and there is no harm.. just dont neglect it and leave him with Prof/Prominent as you wont get the benefit. Commit to getting Prolific as a minimum and you can create a mega Look Inside SF.. worse case scenario you can still build an awesome PF... training OD for a long time will also help you to keep his salary lower and therefore more affordable for longer.

Good luck!

or 1-1...for some reason I try to keep my guys Driving and Handling at a similar level (still not sure why)... he will eventually need Sensational Driving and if his HD is 4 levels higher then this will have a big impact on salary so just dont train Handling and you'll be ok!

Depends on the upcoming draft.. If i get like some nice SF material, my plan would be to turn him into an outside-based SF.. :P

Good work! He could possibly challenge for an U21 spot in a few seasons if you keep training him as well as it looks like you have (but his potential is too low for full NT)

I would suggest trying to get his FT shooting up to at least pitiful as soon as possible since atrocious to pitiful is a pretty huge jump in effectiveness, but he definitely looks like he's on the right path.
There are a lot of good looking Canadian guards in the 19/20 year old pools, and its good to know that there's at least one 18 year old who is headed in the right direction.
