I personally value rebouning for bigs more than passing for guards. But in my opinion rebounding around 15-17 seem to be enough to be somewhat competetive in the better leagues. But I guess the top bigs could have rebounding towards 19-20 as well.

for PF/C yes is very important rebounds and it has impact. So top player must have 17+ but first of all for bigs are more important IS and ID which ones must be 19+ then last rebounding. For SF 13 rebounding is enough and PG/SG less than 13

If you notice finalist of B3 had 2 Centers of National team of USA with medium IS.So he could play only outside tactics and this cost him the loss for sure.

Conclusion all round C is better to have but it costs time to build him and also they are expensive

Questions

1 Does a national tournament player gain experience in national team games? If yes, Is the experience the same as a regular season game?

2 Do support staff such as nutritionist, psychologist help all players or just those getting training minutes that week?

3 Will an upgrade at dr help a player who is already injured recover quicker or is that time already set when the injury occurs?

4 Approximately at what age does training a player stop being of benefit? Currently doing two position training and have an extra slot so I don't know whether to give that to a vet that gets a lot of playing time or just a young scrub?

thanks

Hey, if I got it correctly then:
1) players get more experience for the minutes they play for the national teams than for the regular league games.
2) helps all players
3) not quite sure there, hopefully someone else has a resolute answer for that
4) it really depends on your own preferences of training but bubbles shared a list of training speeds per age here (270761.4). So it really slows down after players are over 25/26 years.
