I am working on fixing all the issues that the new season seemed to have caused.

I am very busy with other work so I haven't been able to get to BB-Stats yet

BB-Stats update.

The NT scouter is now re-enabled. I have reduced the functionality as it was causing the site to be taken down because of extremely high usage and as I share the server it is not allowed.

Great news!!! the NT Scouter is a great tool, thanks a lot and keep up the good work

By the way, you said you reduced the functionality, how exactly did you do this?

* I guess you disable the search for players at their native league, right?? For example looking for mexican players at México, can you confirm this?
* Or is it a limit on results? cause when I look up for Spanish players in México I get 0 results

I was. I changed it, following advice from elsewhere in the thread, and it didn't work - but when I tried again the next day, it did work. Odd, but at least it is now working.

baler: The reason behind this is that Mexico has not been updated since I flushed the database to reduce all the old content. If you explore through to Mexico in the BB-Stats pages (World->Country) you will be able to see that most of the leagues have never been updated (this is because I wiped all the old data)

Wiggy: It might have been BuzzerBeater API was down for a bit or something

BB-Stats Update Nov 2009

I have finally moved BB-Stats to a new server. Hopefully everything will be pretty seamless for all the users. I was not able to get all the information from the previous database as there was way too much information to transfer.

Some problems might occur with domain resolution over the next 24 hours but this should all be resolved after the 24-hours is up.

I am adding a couple of things to the team page that I was given a long time ago and haven't had the time to put in.

Well the team rating is based on the weightings of skills for each position and the skills of each player.

The player Trikster wrote the code, which basically takes a set of weightings and then decides which combination of players gets the best score.

To put the individual weightings in here would take too much space.

The point of this is to show new players how to best set their lineups.
---
I may at some stage allow for customised weightings that allow individuals to save them and allow them for public scrutiny. But currently I dont really have the time to do this.
