A few things to say.
1) great win!
2) It was great that Konoe finally got to play.
3) How did he go?
Scoring 12 PTS 3rd best on team.
Shooting 5/7 best on the team.
Assists 6 best on team.
Steals 4 equal best on team.
Defence his opponent was 0/6 equal best on team.
Rating 13.0 best on the team.
Overall fantastic! Fukushima probably gets the headline because of his massive 36 point scoreline but his man went off for 27 at a high percentage as well as out rebounding and out passing him.
4) Given all of that it still puzzles me that he couldn't even get on the team the last two weeks as a deep reserve. But I am happy that at least now he is playing. I really need him for a very tough cup game tomorrow, but that will put his minutes up again, that will be a tough call.
5)
It is possible to get more than 10 or 15 pops a season.
More than 10 I agree, but more than 15? In 4 seasons of training my best ever is 13 and that included a lot of 1 on 1. (Konoe at age 20.) If you have to do JR or OD you wont get close.
6) I like your guidelines but I suspect the OD on the guards is way higher than any effective player on the team based on their stats and ratings. You can see and know.
7)
18 55
19 70
20 80
21 90
Are these targets for the start or end of that age? For example Takayoshi Kawagichi is 19 and has 66 TSP right now. Is he 4 behind or well ahead?
8) Great work on writing all of this up.
