Sadly when I bought Sonada he was already capped. I gave him 6-8 weeks of 1 on 1 training & in that time he finally had a handling or driving pop. If not he would be very different. Thanks to both of you for your comments, it is true about the level of competition.

To rest of my friends, give him a chance, he is a experienced guy.
The thing that effect a lot for confidence of NT manager is support of the country whose NT you are managing. And the confidence matters.

Your Majesty, You are careless, especially with Your nick. For few weeks more GMs concentrate their attention on this forum...

A little bit unfair and misguided to misrepresent the community. There *is* support for him, even tho' he wasn't our primary choice... and this is mirrored in the fact that BB King's approval rating has risen from the 29% it was at for his commencement, to currently being 62%.

On that, perhaps those that still have voted negatively could give an honest appraisal of what's being done at the moment. If you still feel it's 'no', so be it. I think he's doing a pretty good job, in not altogether perfect circumstances.

hey...BTW
could you post a depth chart so we can see where our players stand on the chart...

This is why I am still a NO.....but I am creeping towards a YES. I was hoping for a simple answer like...Hey, that is a great idea or Sorry, I don't have the time.....but not to get an answer kind of sucked.
BTW...On a funny note..I might vote YES just because he benched Wolph's super duper Tsunami for lastnights game...hahahahaa

On the reverse side he knew what he was getting into when he ran, so I don't feel sorry for him ending up as a coach in a country where he didn't have much support, no one forced him to put his name in the hat.

Yeah, but he IS here, and he IS doing a pretty good job... so I feel that even a 62% approval is a bit petulant and juvenile on our part (as a community).

Leaving out of the team 1 of the best performers in Sonada is worth a no from me, but I am willing to change if he does better. This week he left out Kaname Kouzuki. Now I know Kaname Kouzuki is far, far from the top player on the team, but BBKing seems to ignore game shape which I think is critical. Kaname Kouzuki was in proficient game shape, 4th top DMI on the team, scored ratings of 17.5 in both league games this week, helped me beat the unbeaten Yoks yet couldn't even crack the top 12 of the NT against guys like Kouzo Yasujiro who has been scoring 12.0 and 14.0 in his last 2 league games & Katsurou Matsumoto who scored 13.5 & 12.5. I have no doubt these guys have better stats (except for experience) but the game shape must not be ignored.

Honestly man, as soon as ANYONE starts complaining about *their player*, they lose me. I am so not interested.

And that's where I find myself with your arguments on the NT. If you have beef, then fine - but look further than just *your* players. Because as soon as you start to do that, it comes across as completely self-serving rather than altruism for the nation.

As far as BB King goes, if he's taking a long view in developing the nation rather than just running out the same guys who have us pretty much mired in mediocrity, I'm fine with that. I'd like a little more communication... but thus far he's appeared to have a pretty good handle on the job, and has a semblance of a plan.
Yoks was good... but Yoks also screwed us all up by doing something that got him banned. Not going to be pissed off at the guy who's trying to clean up someone else's mess.
