My last two games have been crazy close with final scores that don't demonstrate that at all. Against traptors, I hit a game tieing 3 to force OT and than lose by 10. Tonight, I took the lead with 1:28 remaining to go up 84-82, but end up losing 91-84 and silly game engine stuff, like giving up an O-rebound on a missed FT and having my best offensive player sitting while down by 3.... Not getting the breaks this season so far and rethinking selling depth. :/

I've never even seen anything remotely close to that happening before. I would have said it was impossible.

hitting that tying 3 with 2 secs to go without advancing the ball was just stupid. we could've simply fouled..

Well you don't really appear to be training anybody, so this seems like a "go all in" type of season. Could it be a stamina issue?

I think if we played that same game 10 times, you'd win more of them.

i'm having trouble figuring out the pecking order in the Great 8, and this game did nothing to clear up my uncertainty. or maybe we have a pretty fair degree of parity. i don't know.

what caught my eye was five players going all 48 and what that says about TKI's stamina. that said, if you merely looked at the game ratings for the players, one of my favorite data points, then Saul wins by 40. inspired lineup by magiker -- especially with Hamby, a PF, handling the ball with only 3 TOs.

TKI inverted his lineup so really only the SF was not played out of position. Given that, his defensive ratings were still pretty good ... that is impressive!

I've been "non-traditional" training for a few seasons now. Not really ever go all in, but making a good effort to solidify the arena and get into the playoffs. These loses are piling up a bit earlier than expected, so might find some trainees soon. How I define trainee is another matter... Stop normaling me when you visit my place so I can win one of these times!
