If he decides that he wants the league championship it is going to be next to impossible to beat him. His roster is just too deep and talented for any of us to really challenge him.

Your club is strong and home court will help but IMO you will also need to GDP correct to have any hope in beating him.

if my GS stays where it is I can make it interesting
very multi-skilled lineup
Should have made the run last season when nobody seemed to care

I am not saying you don't have a shot, as in BB anything can happen. But on paper he is far and away the best team in Naismith, damn he is close to being the best in the world.

Multi skilled is what I have too, however I think I may have a roster with too many secondary skills and not enough primary. We shall soon see, the playoffs are going to be fierce.

Congrats to Stajan for taking the cup this year in fine fashion. Its a bit scary to think that you managed to win the cup taking it easy the entire way. Props to Moth Balls for a spirited game and for recording his first cup finals game..still waiting for my turn!

I'll say it right here that it would be unlikely that I go for the league title and double crown. I'm more in favour of having 2 Canadian teams in B3, especially with the current quality of the contenders.

Only way I try for both is if I won the B3, but I'm not optimistic. This will all come down to my next B3 game against a superior opponent. I believe I need to hit both GDP for a chance. Offensively, I don't know what I can do either, but it's not even a consideration as long as I'm staring at his near-stupendous IS.

Edit: Also, HTG and you could beat me with HCA.

Good Game. I thought it might be a bit closer, still my best showing by a long shot. Maybe next year?
