They do ban the accounts and IP addresses when they catch them.
That is all I ask.
And that will cover 80-90% of the cheating.

You mean everyone using public proxies should be ban too ?
That also mean someone banned with a dynamic IP should inconvenience other clients of the same ISP ?

I don't think they use this. There would have too much people blocked without reason.

About "cheating", I don't really get it.
- Farm team exist since almost 20 seasons (I think it's about that) and aren't forbidden by rules. French community wished it was but, then, adapted to the fact it's not. It's only 10 seasons, or so, our community adapted to make the best possible roster of NT. So I think you will see that in a lot of other countries, as we failed to get a NT title until now. By the way I send you back to the thread where I was saying training is too expensive. When you try to play first part of the league, you can't afford a L7 coach. I have only a L4 coach on my side and it's frustrating because I love to train !
- If there is a French cheater playing the BBB (if I followed you correctly), just report it, no ? As far as I know French GM and Perpete, they don't like cheater at all.

Just my 2 cents :p

And as long as you all make fun of cheating in threads like this one, you are part of the problem. Congratulations.

Indeed, it's impossible. But, it seems you are only focused on IP address.
There are other way to find out. And, to quote Perpete, cheaters always make mistake one day on another !

They are catching managers regularly, without saying much. When I hear about it, it's often because it's an active member of the community since 5-10 seasons. It's sad to see some people have no shame. And, in my opinion, it would be great to have more information from BB/GM about this.

I think it's the actual system which is to blame because it makes it so difficult for competitive team to train. That's why I think you chase after the wrong rabbit, but it's just my opinion ;)

As you talk about France NT, I feel obligated to say a word, as I am very implicated in its development. I know that you don't focus specifically on France, you just gave some examples to add arguments to your ideas.

I can assure you there is no illegal farms for France NT. We have some farms, that's true, I don't deny it, but they are all legal. Some managers don't care to be competitive, their only pleasure is to train and to make their players reaching the NT.

There are different ways of playing this game. You can have different objectives according to your motivation, free time...etc... Some people want to win B3, some just care about training ...etc... For example, personnally, I spend a lot of time on BB but I really don't care about my personal teams. All I care is training and developing the NT.

I agree that farming became an important point for NTs. Even if you use some terms that seems exagerated (massive issues, predominance of farming...etc...)

But I don't agree about D1 teams. As the market is open, everybody can buy farmed players to post-trained them how they want. I really think that it helps the game to be more competitive at top-level.

Everybody is free to do what he wants. That's an important positive point of this game: you can have pleasure with different way of playing, each manager can find his own way. Some people regularly contact me because they want to start building a HoF young guy. That's the way they want to play the game, and I guess we have to respect it.

Max pot. of draft
DI unlimited
DII HoF
DIII MVP
DIV superstar
DV perrenail allstar

SKill cap/training cap by division
DI unlimited
DII L6 speed, individual skill cap at 19, total skill cap HoF
DIII L5 speed, 18, MVP
DIV L5 speed, 17, Superstar
DV L4 speed, 16, perrennial allstar

Also instead of by WR based limit on salary of player you can bid on (which isn't working in any way really)

By division
DI unlimited
DII Can only bid on players up to HoF potential
DIII MVP potential and below
DIV superstar potential and below
DV perrenial allstar potential and below

So, i'm in D4, can't draft any good prospect, can't train youngs the best i could, can't hire any player i want.
Few seasons ago, i drafted a Hof, i was happy to train him quite well, and i finally sold him to begin a new training cycle. Now i know that, as soon as my trainees get good, i have money to hire and to be performant.

With what you propose, this couldn't be possible (training players, sell trainees for good money), so i would stay in D4 forever.
I understand your point of view as you're in the highest level, and you want to cut the ladder for newcomers...

What you deplore is also existing in every sport championship. Some small teams training potentials, and from time to time selling them to best ones for good money. And sometimes, those very same teams are getting good enough to play the top of the tournaments. Let's keep this game offering this possibility as well !
