It's not that weird. In the 200+ k salary range, one level of primary skill is worth around 25k.

The value of a skill level rises exponentially. The higher the skill is, the more expensive is another level.

That is true, no doubt, but I feel the point is somewhere else - Why players with more skills are cheaper while they are the same at primaries? This also could be ok for everyone else as it was until two seasons ago when it become an issue for BBs and they decided to fix it and they announced - hey everybody, we are going to fix the fact secondaries, that are important in this game, and are worth nothing in salary, are going to reflect their importance. And as result, there is no result and issue was announced fixed but will be closely monitored in future in case it will become an issue again.

Absolutely agree with the opinion. And my note was about the same thing. How is it possible that only one level difference in Primary Skill can result in 22.5 K and 20+ secondary skill difference can mean nothing in terms of salary. If they say thats the issue that needs to be fixed and its been said that way, then we shouldn't be seeing these types of discrepancies. It just doesnt make sense. Especially considering the fact that above mentioned Andorran player is at least strong in all outside skills, so that if i.e. perimeter defense was considered to have more "salary weight" and the guy was atrocious in that and his high skill number was due to HA/Dr that didnt have that much weight, then the difference in salary might have been somewhat proportionate, but the guy has 12JS, 9JR, 9Perimetre Defense 8 PA...And all those skills (in addition to 9+14 HA/DR) is 22.5K cheaper than 1 level of SB. Totally senseless and unfair at the same time IMHO

As far as I remember, I also read something same, that for now the changes has been finished and they might reconsider it later on, but for now thats it. Maybe I'm not correct either, but thats what I think I read.

it is stated in news. But they also stated before S37
While the implementation of this measure has been done gently, we plan on making it a bit stronger at the start of the next season.
I have to agree once the change before S37 was 0,001% increase and befores S38 it was bit stronger so maybe 0,0015% than I agree with them.
