Is there any estimate on when the autobid feature will be part of the official rules of the game? If it already is, I couldn't find it. By the way, the autobid is not intuitive at all, I can't be sure if what I'm doing is the right way to autobid, so I just don't and it kinda sucks. Btw (2), the "?" feature near the autobid option is not working.

How to autobid 101:

- Enter the highest bid you are willing to potentially win the player at, that is at least 2% higher than the current price (though, functionally speaking, if you only do a minimum raise, you're not really autobidding since there won't be any automatic raises beyond your first bid)
- Check back later, or don't, and it doesn't matter! If your entered autobid gets surpassed, you won't win the player unless you do check back later and enter a new higher bid or autobid -- but if it doesn't get surpassed, you will win the player for 2% more than the next highest bid that was entered.

How autobid works example:

1. You find a player currently listed for $100 000 that you want to purchase
2. You determine you are willing to pay up to $1 000 000 for this player, so you enter an autobid for $1 000 000
3. The system puts in the minimum raise to lead the bidding, and will now show you leading the bid with a bid of $102 000.
4. Only when you view the player's page: you will see your current auto bid in parenthesis after the leading bid -- so right now IF YOU re-check the auction, the player will show a bid of $102 000 ($1 000 000). Your max autobid is not displayed to any other player.
5. Another player comes along and decides he wants to do a minimum raise, so he bids $104 100 via the normal bidding process
6. Your autobid immediately re-raises by another minimum bid. I'm not 100% sure if they cleaned up the re-raise to match the minimum that a drive-by manual bid would get by default, but assuming it still works the original way you're now leading at $106 182. Your autobid re-raise will be displayed to other users with a robot icon next to the bid in the bid history, and it will be at the same time as the manual bid.
7. A third player comes along and decides to autobid $250 000. The bid history will show a few automatic re-raises back and forth between you two and eventually jump to show his auto bid of $250 000 followed by your re-raise to $255 000.
8. If you recheck the auction at this point, you'll see the current leading bidder is your team with a bid of $255 000 ($1 000 000).
9. If you get cold feet at this point and decide you don't want to automatically raise any further, you can re-enter an autobid of $255 000 and it will adjust your max bid to the current bid -- basically meaning the next time someone else raises, you won't re-raise automatically since now the new raise is higher than your set autobid.
