I can understand the managers from other countrys doesnt understand the problems with the economy we have, because there isnt only a problem, im going to try to say it easy:

- The mediums leagues of Spain-Itally are losing money every week even if you manage to advance some rounds on cup.

-The average strategy to solve the economy problem and to advance from at least on Spain community during this seasons was this:

-Buy 2-3 rookies, training them during 2 seasons and try to sell them for more money so you were allowed to buy another rookie and with the other money you could invest on arena or safe the money or buy another player(i've done it since season 3). All this taking in care that during this 2-3 seasons you have been losing some money every week. Now with the raise of the salarys and with the market really low on prices, you have to train more for your team than for selling and that means lot of teams lost a possibility to have some income (Because when you sell a player you have to take in care the amount of money you paid him during 2-3 seasons).

Solutions::

-Increase the cup incomes x match won. I think is really low the money we receive, its not the same to finish the 32 of 5700 than finish the 32 of 300-700).

-Free agents use its becoming negative for the economy, solution stop introducing them for a while.

- Since its not the same playing on 1 country or another, i dont feel we have a fair income. The formula of TV contract and merchandising should be changed since our incomes are not adapted to our leagues properly or if BB's dont wanna touch it, the attendence formula should be. So all this managers who say Spain-Itally we play a different game, you wont be worried that we get the fair incomes adapted to our communities needs, since the ''gameplay experience'' is really different from yours.


I dindt say nothing we said before, there was a post from JK talking about the formula attendece.


And i really agree 100% with algope if you start on Spain and another manager start on another country of small-medium size, dedicating the same time 5 min x week or so(1st season) one most sure will go bankrupt the other will safe some money to advance.

And i REPEAT we have nothing against the incomes from a Div 1 manager, we are worried about the incomes of the most managers from medium divisions that are the majority of our community and as i said lot of them are in negative numbers.

PD: Its even more worrying any BB say nothing, i suppose they are on vacation, but i would like to read their macroeconomic information of the leagues to see exactly whats going on on our countrys, because i always read:'' we are going to this direction... but i never see any macroeconomic number.

ive read every post in this whole thread.

the problem still does not exist , the teams in spain italy have just hit the salary cap , this is an intended feature.

the problem everyone is complaining about does not actually exist !
its a in game feature that was meant to happen once the majority of country users hit there teams "hidden" salary cap

the italian and spanish managers from what i can understand are upset that small country users earn more then they do
this is completely false

a div 1 aussie team will earn exactly the same net income as a div 1 italy team (consider arena the same ,etc)
how much profit they earn each week would be completely different though because italy has 5000 users and has essentially hit the salary cap in every div while australia has not even hit the salary cap in div 1
how ever teams in australia are moving towards the salary cap each season as each team betters there team in the hope of winning.

as i understand the complaints that are being raised here is that small countries get to much money for less competition , my response to that is so what ! , small countries will eventually l hit the salary cap as well and then will be in the same boat as you italian and spanish managers , at which point we wont complain as its meant to be like this , as la kukoc pointed out in a very well written response a few posts back.

my question to all the spanish and italian managers complaining in here is simple why should small countries have a lower net salary cap then bigger countries ? , why should we be disadvantaged compared to say italy and spain ? , why should we not be allowed to build up our div's to the same standards as italy or spain?

the answer is simple , we shouldnt be , we should be allowed the chance to raise the levels of our active leagues to the competiveness of the italian/spanish divisions.

did you read that?

the problem your stating is actually how the game is meant to be , teams are hitting there salary cap .

your complaint is other countries are not hitting there cap just as fast thus the seem to be getting more money, which there not , in fact italy and spain get more money due to merch.

the game is still young , let it grow , let the smaller countries hit there caps , once that happens see if there is something to complain about .

because then those countries will be in the same boat as you.

Until then Italian teams in lower divisions (but also Spanish, French, etc etc) will not be able to be competitive in the market against teams from countries where there isn't competition!

its the same for all div's once they hit that div salary cap

and the reason there not in the market is?

they have hit there salary cap.

Your TV Contract is probably better than mine because of the quality of the league and your merch is probably better too.

Honestly i could care less if you receive more money via tv contracs etc. it doesnt bother me but like i said if you get increase that means salary cap is increased and it will be filled quickly by teams that want to win and its same situation all over again.....

Ho much do you earn with your TV contract?

To be competitive in your III (Portugal) you spend about 150 160 k, to be competitive in my III (Italy) I spend more than 300K, I don't think that the increase in the contract TV or on merchandising can rebalance our purchasing power ... ..

there really is no problem here, the game is working how it should in my eyes, teams need to realise once there div hits the salary cap its no longer about what upgrades they can buy off the tl.

its about who can manage there team more effectively on the court.

So everyone just should be ok with giving them more money? So they can spend more than the rest? Not fair.
