I just did three weeks of inside training for my guards. One week 1-1 f, two weeks inside shot. Everyone got a pop at IS, and they're 6'0, 6'1, and 6'5, but who knows what their starting sublevels were. I don't know that Nikola is going to get that much out of inside training, but then again, an improvement from pitiful to awful is more useful than an improvement from prominent to prolific. Also, you will probably want to shoot for better than "average" on Evrim, though that can probably happen after the other two are done training.

Yap, I am aiming for full SF on Evrim. I would like to promote this year so that next season I can train inside skills and not worry about results. Also try to get some HOFs on draft.

I think you should next train driving or free three, because you never know when you need a couple of clutch free throws. But this trainee looks good, I have a similar guy who's also 6'4 and perennial allstar and 19 years old whom i'm currently training along with another perennial allstar guy, i can't reemmber if the other guy is 19 or 20, could be 20. But i'd train your 19 year very hard, especially since he's perennial allstar. Also stamina might be good to train as well to train.
