i just meant he only get crosstraining when he got trained in other areas. but cross training will prevent other player to miss more free throws in a row them him.

Marrinan's been an excellent trainee for me, but I had no idea he was (arguably) the top U21 SF trainee in the world. Excellent job compiling this- gives me a bit of an ego boost.
