Here are my 3 trainees:

Player 1: I plan on making him a PF with outside skills.

Player 2: I plan on making him a SF. He will be capped earlier than my other two trainees. He has no holes.

Ruben Harrison (27257695) Bookmark this player Point Guard

Player 3: I plan on making him a SF because his jump range and shot blocking are both low. He started as a PG at 6'11 which makes him a suitable candidate to develop into a strong SF.

They were all drafted. I plan to add a 4th draftee this season. So my plan is to train ID/OD for awhile until I get my 4th trainee where I will train some 2 position training. Any suggestions?

I don't know your country's cutoffs, but I think it will be difficult.

OD 4 will take a little while to get up into double digits. Then you have IS+ID+RB and at 6'4 they won't pop very fast.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

That doesn't mean you have to play him at SF. It only means that BB's salary formula thought his best position for now would be at SF. Maybe some of his inside skills are higher than other guards. What is his IS/ID/REB?

Just wanted to show off my trainees :)

19y allstar 6'5

5/6
7/8
7/5
7/3
7/7

18y allstar 6'3

6/5
6/7
5/6
3/7
2/6

I plan to make the first one about 20-30k salary SF. Actually, I'll see to get all position salaries close, so he'll be universal player, playing at SF. The second one will tag along for now, maybe he becomes guard, since his reb is lower.

Oddly, my third trainee is the least important for me, and has the highest potential LOL

20y MVP 6'8

5/1
8/5
5/5
8/8
5/7

Because of height, age, and that JR hole, I can't possibly make him with same salary at all positions, so I'm just training him whatever. Tagging along, he should end up being a 20-30k big man with awesome secondary skills, except jump range.

I would do 1v1 Forwards. It would keep their salaries lower, compared to Rebounding.

If you want him to be a "true" PF, he will need some 1v1 and JS to fix his low JS/JR and HA. Another problem is that he is 6'7", which will slow down how fast his inside skills train. Still a decent player.
