Question ulit, ilang minutes ba ang minimum and maximum para sa training ng player? Dba pag nag over ata sa maximum limit ng minutes eh wlang effect ung training? hula ko lng namn un.

Anything over 48 minutes for a player is useless. Kapag over 48 na, yung game shape na lang yung naapektuhan, hindi na training. You get max training kapag 48 minutes.

"Players should ideally get 48 minutes per week, or one full game, in order to get the maximum benefit from their training. If they play more than 48 minutes, this is not a problem. If players play under 48 minutes, they will still improve, but less quickly than they would if they got more playing time."

...all except team training... as far as i know, when you team train stamina, free throws, at game shape, kahit at least 25 minutes per game ok na... pero dun sa tatlo lng

kahit hindi maglaro, ang alam ko may training siya sa stamina/free throw or game shape. ang negative effect lang ng hindi paglalaro e bababa yung game shape.

playing over 90 minutes affects game shape negatively, too.
