Is the problem that the doctors are:

1. too weak (doesn't prevent enough injury/help healing)
2. too expensive -- might help some, but isn't work 20k-25k/week for a level 10 doctor.

sorry for language, i was trying to keep my temper down..

these damn injuries are REALLY getting out of hand!

I've never ever experienced as many injuries as i have after the redesign of the staff system.

I had a lvl 5 doctor couple weeks ago and my best player got injured (He's a "All time great" potential player, 20yo.. every week of training is so important. He got ******* injured 3 weeks! I lost the playoffs mainly because of that. (just think, your best player in BB makes a huge difference in a game.. or who else would score those 30-40 points..?)

fine.. i really need to keep my young trainees blessed and without injuries, in order to train them nicely - So i buy a lvl 6 doctor with taping ability. Then i buy a new SG trainee, 18yo, 183cm, perfect atributes to start off -> First game: Injured 2 weeks, aaah THANK YOU!

Last but not least, i come home from university.. log in and check my game, and i see my player star player (timo heigel, the all time great potential guy) injured again.. well, i dunno how long.. but it's probably not a "taping" issue, so now i am just gonna freak out, if this guy is seriouslly injured again. Even if it's just for 1 week.. i mean what are the ******* odds, that the only player i care about my team gets injured a 2nd time within 5 weeks, after being injured for 3 weeks before that WITH a lvl 6 doctor and 20yo.

Please change or at least look into this, Injuries are nothing but ******* frustrating! It really ruins this "game"! I mean i can understand when a guy is maybe injured for a week or 2 weeksin the NBA. Lets take 2 weeks injury - that equals 0.532 weeks in BB time, so that a semi bad injury would take 3.7 days in BB time. A hard one would be maybe 6-8 weeks in the NBA, so we're talking about maximum of 2 weeks in BB!

But a 3 week injurie in BB is like a 2.5 month injury in the NBA.. did he break his neck or what?

Please get things straight!! it's so annoying to spend so much time trying to optimise everything and get screwed over by some randomness!

My team has been on a tear this year - first they crippled a Lucky Fan, then 2 injuries the next game and last game provided a nice 2 week injury. Kind of funny since I traded away a guy who was known for causing injuries - play against me at your own risk!

truth is, injuries can be really frustrating no matter what angle you look at it.

its like if your handling golden state and losing monta ellis even before the season

or utah with the lose of boozer, deron and now okur.

or even indiana with dunleavy just comng out from a superb game last season

but this is what i cant get, if a player goes down yes his GS and stamina drops but when he comes back no player is just inserted in the lineup with out working him out first to see if his body can already go the stress of playing games as well as to see clearly if he has recovered well.

this includes making sure he has the stamina to play and work his shape back to game level not that he can hold 48 minutes.

maybe im wrong but this is just my view point
