Updated for last week https://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=0AgiIAK1Xty1ydEdha...
getting a lot better pops then expected compared to usual forum posters cookie cutter cant train short guy inside skills comments
they tend to make it sound as if you would have to wait all season to get a pop
sure its affecting the speed, but at 18 yrs old, and with a superior trainer
not such a difference that u shouldn't ever consider it an option to catch up a guards rebounding etc etc

its gonna be a long haul and i was expecting that
over three weeks and the teams average (16 players, doing 2 position training in rebounding) has came up 5.375 from 5.0625
this week also had a ID pop to go with a rebounding one

well spreadsheet updated, on to week four, rebounding again
once i get it up to im thinking at least an average of 8 i will move on to ID (so rebounding at this speed all of next season)
due to limited potentials i decided to go with a team average of 8 for all inside skills, then move on to guard skills training
then while training all of their guard skills while they are older their height should help offset that, and by then should have a decent amount of money to afford stronger trainer (i know many of these guys will be about to cap just after big man training, but then we shall have data on how much that actually slows training as well to help the community, in a way im almost expecting it to not be as bad as made sound to be as well)
once they reach say 28 yrs old i think i will get all stamina's up to max, free throws to about 10ish, then just keep training OD and team rebounding and ride the wave and see how far they can take me as a team

thanks for the scrimmage, i always offer to scrim anyone in my league first just to try and get some more consistent data (playing against comparable skilled teams)
but if none accept again this week would you like to scrim again? i need to try and plot my progress as consistent as possible

i have 6 guards training currently. Training One on One, Pressure, Outside Defense. I have no problem getting everyone 48+ minutes. have A trainees, B trainees, and C trainees. My A trainees play my toughest league games, my B trainees play my other league game, and my C trainees play only in scrimmages. Never play my starting C, PF, SF in scrimmages, just in the two league games. i got 8 pops last week, some weeks ill only get 2 but i usually get around 4 pops per week

Week 4 in the books
won 2 out of 3 games ( lost scrim )
pops this week are as follows
Nereo Ferrón ↑popped↑ in Rebounding from awful to inept .
José Noronha ↑popped↑ in Rebounding from mediocre to average .
Ralf Aner ↓dropped↓ in Stamina from respectable to average .
Marcel Števčík ↓dropped↓ in Stamina from respectable to average .

overall GS improved across team as well (im starting to think there is no sweet spot like most claim, because my players at most are getting 48 mins exactly, if they dont get there because of foul or injury the amount of mins they did play corresponds with how much they drop, also none ever play more then 48 in a week and i have plenty of level nine GS guys... so in my eyes sweet spot for minutes and GS debunked, i bet as long as you get over 48 but under 82 mins the amount of increase would be random)

as always spreadsheet updated

on to week 5 :) its fun watching the progress, now that enough data is getting compiled to be able to start forming further theories into the game engines workings

In 6 weeks, 11 of your players have yet to pop and 4 others have only popped once? Is that right?

8 pops so far in four weeks im still in the beginning of week 5, and week 1 was just the start, the base measurement
i admit the pops are slower, but not as dreaded as made out to be

and this is with six players training per week, instead of the single position 3 players per week method so its a little slow because of that as well
and one of the weeks was ASG week
none of these players are over 6'4" some are sub 6 ft

At least you got the pops, and your players are improving, your plan seems to be working, this is something similar that i planned on doing.

So, did you train four players to get those rebounding pops?
