Div 2.1 reporter : Congratz on being a new coach after eric season.. Can you tell us more about you?
NT coach: Hello I'm Benoit 24 yo. I'm from France, but I live in Canada. Last year I graduate my bachelor lvl of education. Now I'm studing master degree
Div 2.1 reporter : What are you going to bring to this team that eric can't?
NT coach: I will be more talkative with managers. I will try to improve more players with my knowledge about the game
Div 2.1 reporter : what is your philosophy when select a player and coach a team? are you looking for more offensive or defensive?
NT coach: I prefer complex players for our team.So we will be unpredictable for our opponents
Div 2.1 reporter : now that you are preparing for the game. what is your aim you wish this team to achieve?
NT coach: I will try to reach 1/2 final of Aisia tournament . That would be difficult because we are smaller community than Australia, China, Honk Kong. It will be hard but I will try.
Div 2.1 reporter : Now the hottest topic is about our top player FXS.. Can you tell us your plan about him?
NT coach: I will use FXS, but he is 30 yo as you know. We must find his replacement. But for now he is our best player and I will use him.
Div 2.1 reporter : Right now is there any young prospect that can merge be the future for NT?
NT coach:Yeah there are some 22-23 yo players which are near by SGP NT Standarts : (18381747) ; (18381677) ; (19910296) etc.
Div 2.1 reporter : As a new coach for NT, there might some negative noise to against you. How are you going to ensure those manager to co-operate with you?
NT coach: I will try to explain to them that our co-operate will make our NT better, and our co-operate will be best for their rosters and NT
Div 2.1 reporter : if there is a manager wish to recommend his player to NT, what can he do about it?
NT coach: He must write to me (35756) and we must create a plan for his training. I'm open for all managers about their players. All players not only over 21 yo players.
Div 2.1 reporter : Now that you are a scout and a coach, is there enough time to handle both role or you need extra help??
NT coach: Yeah I'm scout and coach, but this is not a problem. I have plenty of time. I'm in the university only 4-5 hours only 2 days per week. So that is not a problem. But If I have any difficulties I will post advertisment in a forum for a SGP NT Scout.
Div 2.1 reporter : last question, is there anything more to add on for all the manager in Div 2.1?
NT coach: You must know that I will do everythink for your NT. I will do my best to reach our goals. And I would like to train all your players and I want to make this NT stronger than ever !
