Agreed. Boozer is a six million dollar player making what, 12 or 13 million? But I thought Nene was overpaid too and I think I'd take him over Boozer. Want to know the difference is between defensive minded, limited offensive bigs and wings/guards? About 7 million a year. I'd put D'Andre Jordan in that category, Kendrick Perkins and next year JaVale Mcgee will probably join the overpaid group.

Nene also, has not exactly been a 9 rebound per game player in his career either...

And correct me if I'm wrong, but McGee's contract pays him a lot less than Nene. Wilson Chandler able to be signed in Denver as a result, and Chandlers been playing fairly well, much needed too with Gallinari getting injured again.

I hate boozer with all my soul. I hate him so much. Me being a big man( 6 feet tall at 15 yrs old) I love to finish strong. There is no reason 4 me to fade away and layup everytime. I'd much rather dunk. I hate finess bigmen unless they're small in mass( ex.Ralph Sampson, Pau Gasol) But still boozer is my most hated NBA player. If he would just use his size and b more aggresive he could be one of the top big men but he dosen't. I have no respect for him as a player. I hate Carlos boozer in cleveland, utah, and chicago.

I also don't think of 6'0 at 16 as "big men". But I agree with all your points, +1

I think the Blazers made the best trade. They traded Gerald Wallace for what could be the fourth pick in the draft, which might be Andre Drummond - who I consider a similar prospect to a young Greg Oden. It was a desperation move by the Nets who needed to make the team more enticing to Dwight.

I wouldn't say 15 as being a man yet, no offence.

The average height for an adult male in the United States is 5 feet 9.2 inches (69.2 inches). This data was provided by the National Center for Health Statistics from a survey conducted during the period of 1999-2002. For a 15 year old male the average height would be 67 inches (50th percentile) and the normal range would be from 63 inches (10th percentile) to 72 inches (90th percentile).

15, so you're taller yes. The hops is good, I'm just saying you'll prob end up at the height of a guard or small forward by time you hit college. There are plenty of people who're 6'3+ at age 15 still, also plenty of people at 5'4, and growth spurts do happen.

::shrug:: My highschool had people who were 7'0 tall before they graduated, and freshmen boys who were around 6'5. It varies. the 9 other people your age comment, 1 of the 9 others would be taller than you on average statistically.
Remember these are just based off of America. Basketball incorporates people from other countries as well, and certain other countries have taller average heights.

Essentially, I'm just trying to encourage you to not focus on being a big man, but being an all-around player, that way if you don't end up 6'8+ you'll still have enough of the skillset for where you'll be playing, that it won't effect you. Where if you only train and work your bigman skillset, you'd be forced into playing an undersized bigman, which is fine for college, but won't get you any farther *typically*
