Well, it seems Mr. Steve Kareen has a player on the team and the only reason I can think of him being here in our debate backing his friend(other Italian guy) is that maybe his buddy promised to start his guy for the merchandise.

Hmmm... from what I can see: he doesn't have a guy on the roster.

Yeah...I screwed up....It's the other dude that has a guy on the team...I thought there had to be a reason for all that chirping he was doing. No matter...it is all hot air...

Question: how many NT/U21 teams have you managed?

So the short answer to that, sans all the rhetoric, is "zero". Stands to reason.

And I don't understand where the phrase

is wrong.Communication is a part of being a good manager of an NT team,but not in the way you look at - things like "being in the chat at game time" are basically useless - ; the communication you have to consider is the communication to the managers to guide the training of their players,and the communication about tactic choices and adversaries team on game threads

Then you still have very, very long way to go before you'd be ready to coach a small nation. Once you do understand, then no explanation will be necessary.

You are free to choose a coach that can "communicate" rather than a coach that can be winning.I'm prefectly fine with that.It's a non-sense reasoning,but hey,I can't really question your freedom of thought

I come here because I was checking for fun how the italian guys were doing in the foreign elections,and then I just see an italian guy discriminated(just as the other foreigner guys who candidate themselves for japan national team elections) here because of his nationality,rather than for his ability as manager.

The things that you mentioned are partially right,communication is the key...but again,it's not what you mean for communication.Communication with the manager to help them growing as manager with the goal to develop better players,doesn't necessarily need "funny things" like live chat or radio.Need week by week work from both the counterparts through Bb-mails,opening threads in the national forum to discuss about different tactics and training strategies and so on."funny things" like live chat and or radio are a plus in the communication of a NT,but is a very secondary thing about communication.Sometimes you have to expain and dictate your ideas,if the mananger can't understand why you are asking him a certain kind of development for his player
I don't think that any of the foreigner candidates have claimed"hey,we can beat China next season".But have realistic gola,doesn't mean that you don't have to push to always get the best team possible,and win the highest number possible of games

It's not my communication skills that are subpar,it's just you that don't want to listen and want to keep your ideasno matter what is the other side arguments.I am giving you an advise,you are free to accept or reject it
