Potential is one of the worst things implemented into this wonderful game, it makes no sense...

I don't agree with that at all. Why doesn't it make sense? Like in real life people have different learning curves. Not everyone is a MJ:)

And if you want to pay an enormous amount of money for an all time great than that is your decision. But how many players will be trained until they are legendary? Almost none up to now I believe. So why pay for something you will most likely not use. I think the highest potentials will be severely overpaid on the TL... But unfortunately I don't have and mvp to sell:)

It makes sense to thousands of others - what are you having trouble with?

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I hope that best levels of potential could be reached only by 1 phase training...

btw we have to find the edge - which potential is a maximum for a two phases training, three phases or whole team... :)

I cannot see the point of it in this game, I understand it in real life. Why we must have some kind of cap for almost every player except a few "selected"? It is also a bit of "harsh bargain" for all those players who are forced to be "allstar".. I´m speaking about it mainly because of actual national team players. If you reach their cap and after that significantly limit training, there should be really big bench of the same players and the same national teams with the same strength, I do not like it at all. I´m really worried about the future of NT´s... second thing is that those "selected" players will be so much overpriced.. I´m not a market expert, but I feel like it is not healthy..
