has anyone been scouting? should we expect to see rookies with 8s and 9s as starting skills?

Nope. There is bunch of 5ball players but potential 3-4 balls. So many many stars allstars. 19yo are with more strong skills but i think i havent seen strong at 18yo player. I am dissapointed as i have used abou 70 scouting points. There is one mvp/hof (18yo) player and two (perrenial and superstar) I saw, others are worse.

No 8s for 18yo. No 9s for 19yo. I dont train players under 50 TSP (18yo start of season) unless they are needed for NT. It is waste of time.
