I'm with you. I've got forty-year old players on my team who look exactly the same now as they did when they eighteen. It's totally bogus and unrealistic!

Seriously though, there are many valid complaints that can be made about BuzzerBeater. This is not one of them. If players aren't trained, then their skills do not improve. It's a very simple and straight forward mechanic that makes perfect sense within the design of a computer game.

I agree... its unrealistic, that if the guy had already peaked by age 18... because in real life. not everyone can be a pro basketball player, and not everyone can just shoot jumpers until they are Kobe Bryant.

Both you, and the Lithuanian guys arguments are valid, but you're arguing them as stupidly as possible.

"oh, but in real life, if I keep playing and practicing I'll get better"
If that was the case, then literally anyone in the world without a phyysical disability could be a professional athlete in any sport they wanted, if all they did was practice enough.... and you're saying THAT is REALITY?

What reality is that?
I was lucky enough to be born gifted enough to play baseball at the Single-A level. I literally know a THOUSAND people, that played baseball, and never made it that far, Many of them, practiced a hell of a lot more than I did.

Just practicing doesn't make you better period with no exceptions all black and white like:
1. You have to be practicing correctly
2. You have to, as a athlete, still have room to grow and develop, and that is something you can't practice up

Be glad the game allows any player to train at the same speed as long as they are X age and Y height.

in reality... the ATG would pop 5-10000000x faster than the Announcer, or bench warmer, or "star" player. in the same practice time.

Should private league minutes be added to training to speed up the process?

It may also encourage more users to buy supporter if this was an added feature!

What are peoples thoughts on it

Hell no! That would give a big advantage for all users with supporter, they could train more players and the game would be just one of million games "pay to win".

This is where we hold them!

Offtopic but they should make managing minutes easier by letting us decide precisely how much each player gets to play. It would make training and managing gameshape easier.

I totally support this. Almost every week I have minutes problem with my trainees. I align 8 players 2 are supposed to play 48 minutes, but often the GE substitutes one of them on the 47 minute. F... the training.
This week I put that player in the third slot of a training position for the friendly: No substitution happen. The GE decides to align players or not doing it against specific manager instructions. That sucks.
