This question is for everyone:

What nationality are you?

If you're a foreigner, why do you think you deserve the head coaching job of a USA U21 team over USA players?

Also if you're a foreigner of a competitive country in Worlds, how can USA players feel you will be reliable when we play your country?

What forum for communicating away from these open onsite threads would you suggest? I think anyone who is elected would be open to whatever was easiest for everyone to communicate with.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

I just read a bunch of words stating you should be coach because you're different and know different approaches. I would suggest most, if not all running for U21, have different approaches to coaching. I don't think giving a foreigner the reigns of a major country U21 should be the answer.

I have a different approach than probably everyone. Maybe I should run for U21 USA coach!

I mean, if this was a meritocracy I'd be the shoo-in choice for the manager. But that is not how these elections go, which is a shame since the reigns should be passed to the right choice, and not the hot choice.

In the past we have had some managers who like doing their own thing, and disregard opinions. Whether that be from personal interest, opinion, or spite, it creates an unfriendly community, and my goal is to make everyone feel like they are heard. I feel as though this also addresses your second question, as a great idea tactially or training plan could be the new weapon we need to get a step up on the competition.

This question is for everyone running as I truly haven't made my decision on who to vote for.

I've noticed that there's somewhat of a disconnect from the discord community and those that are not apart. With a large part of the USA BB community not on discord and many new users not even knowing about U21/NT how do you think you'll be able to help make a better appeal for the U21 group for those users that may have very limited knowledge of U21? Though, many of us find the forums here to be very outdated do you feel like keeping the activity throughout the forums for those users would be beneficial to draw interest and thus generating more assets (users to train, scout, ect) down the road.

The single biggest aspect of keeping new users around, and building interest in the NT is for new users to have a trainee. It does not even have to be a U21 level trainee. For any trainee leads to instruction, and instruction leads to a desire to make a better trainee that may be NT worthy. If they are American then I will turn them to the offsite, to create a diary like I have done for years. This disconnect that you speak of is a subculture among the overarching offsite community that every new user should be a part of. A user can make his own choice once given the necessary direction into a larger world of training.

And I've done it before. I'll do it again. I'll edit the U21 info page to include a message to all that any user that wants direction to message me. I will not turn away any help that comes to me.
