I think it's obvious that he was training passing, and then the driving and handling also popped secondarily. Pretty fast training speed for passing there.

Please, what are differencies between a triner lvl 5 and 4?

If we imagine a 19 years old player (PG) and I train him ID (48 minutes) with a level 5 trainer, he normally up every 2 weeks. What will it be with a lvl 4 trainer? Every 3 weeks - 2,5 weeks - 2,25 weeks?

thanks in advance

Thanks.
Are you sure? Did you test by yourself with 2 different trainer lvl 5 and 4?

I have to calculate if it's interesting for me to change my actual trainer (lvl 5 - 32...$) and replace him by a lvl 4 taht I'll pay 15...$. It's a little bit difficult to calculate as I have to compare (17000$ X 14 weeks of economy) with the price I could sell a player with 1 up less than another trained by a lvl 5.

Hoping to be clear ;-)

an off-the-cuff hypothesis: the trainings that go slowest are the ones where the compound improvements would otherwise have the biggest effect.

if true, everything would sort of balance out and there would actually be no way to outsmart the training system.

"If something trains fast, it cannot be worth much."

For me that makes total sense that one would construct it in this way...hmmm, wouldn't this be same for the wages the players get?

Skills that drive wages more contribute more in the game (for a given position) - what do you think? Or, do you think that there is lack of alignment between wages and performance contribution?
