What should i train next? inside shot?

I would replace the first trainee next season. He will be 23 and his skills are very low for that age. He is also short which limits training even further. Hopefully u get a nice 18 year old big man in your draft.

I would give him One on One, then OD, One on One, JR, One on One, JS, One on One, Passing...

I would train passing until strong, then OD to prominent then one on one till Jump Shot reaches prominent ;)

Train some passing till like prominent, maybe get some driving. Then train inside shot. Train in stamina in the beginning of the season, and Free Throw in the near end of the season.

What position does he play? Sounds like he's a power forward or small forward good trainer.

I plan to improve him everywhere so he should be able to play SG/SF and with some flaws PG or PF in a couple of seasons.
