The first guy could be a PF, but you would have to train some 1v1 and maybe OD. If you want a C, then you only need to worry about training 1v1 Forwards.

The second guy could become a 50k guy, but it won't mean much if he has holes in 3 secondaries. You'll need to train 1v1, as well as PA. His ID is also way too low. PA will train the fastest, but you'll need to play him at PG.

First of all, nice trainees. Second, as a result of you being in D4 Estonia, you will have an easier time training both guys out of position.

Since you want Vaik to be a PF, I'll start off by recommending that you train his OD to strong (8) to defend against other well-rounded bigs. Next, do 1v1 (Guards or Forwards, your choice) to bring up his HA/DR to at least average (6). JS Guards or Forwards is a good alternative if you don't want to do 1v1. Third, I recommend training PA to average (6).

For Piras, you would have to train him longer. His OD and PA need major work. Without him getting better in these 2 areas, he will be a turnover machine that usually wouldn't be able to defend a jumper to save his life. His HA also need training, and 1v1 will help it increase.

Good luck training both guys!

I want to train Vali for Romania NT, so even if he will be a C, he will need secondaries. The italian guy will replace Vali as C, if Vali will be a PF. If Vali will remain C, the italian guy will leave.

While you are still at lower division train OD until 9-10 on your PF and then it depends from your plan regarding your team. You could either go with passing as high as 10-11 as soon as possible if you want to play them more at their position when they are older and better, or you could go with one on one, inside skills and then do passing later (but then you would play high-salary, great inside player 48 minutes at PG)

Thank you for helping me. I'm going to make my PF a verry good player.
P.S: Sorry for my late response. I didn't have any free time this week.

I would give both guys some PA. For the second guy, I would also train OD and 1v1.

It's possible, but you would probably need at least 4 weeks to get both guys' SB at or above prominent.
