Not bad, but at just 20 and with only allstar potential, I would suggest training that guy in some passing and 1v1 forwards, to improve his handling. Both of those will reduce his turnovers (which if you think about, each turnover counteracts each rebound, yet PA and HA will be free). Also, I think jump shot up to ~10 is near free for centers, or at least takes very little potential, so you could add that as well. Then cap him by pumping IS (or more ID/RB if he's intended as more of a defensive big man).

Yeah for sure...I started 2 seasons ago and this is just to earn some money for better trainers.I will train him JS and H to the end of season and then probably to sell. I hope that draft will be good :D

Just wondering what everyone thought I should work on for my two guys next, I was thinking of getting maybe one more pop in passing and then switching to 1v1 for forwards for quite awhile. Any other ideas?

Do some 1v1 on him when he's ready. It'll get up his low DR and JS and help with his IS.

Right nI'm training him on Inside Shot for 5 weeks (5 week rotations) Then Inside Defense, Rebounding, then Driving. And so on. I'll give an update once ""What's Your Best Trainee 3"" Comes out at the start of the season. Or after the draft. I'll start it.
