Hi, I think your trainees are good. The sooner you sell them, the higher price you'll get.
As for Ahmad Izwan Abdullah, he has good overall guard's skills but his JS is too low. So, it's good to give him some JS training.
I'm not sure about the 1-on-1 training though. If I were you, as soon as he gets his JS to 9/10, I'll train his OD (single pos) until 12. Then i'll turn to Passing (also single pos). You may then train HND on 1 pos, as I think Ahmad Izwan Abdullah will be over 20 by then.
1) JS training (2 pos) : With his height, i hope he can achieve 9/10 in one and a half season's time. At the same time, his JR, HD, DV and IS will improve too.
2) OD training (1 pos): 4 pops can be achieved before end of next season. ID, DV & HD will get better too.
3) PS training (1 pos): He should be 20 by now. Train his PS until at least 12. Should be within a season. HD and DV will be improved also. Can be considered in U21.
4) HD training (1 pos): 21yo and should now have JS:10, JR:9, OD:12, HD:8, DV: 9, PS:12, IS:8 at the start ofthe season. At end of the season, should have HD: 12, DV: 11.
If you are still having him at age 22, then train his JR/JS, so that he will have a balance of attacking and defending skills. Of course, a bit optimistic from me, but it can work.
Just a recommendation from me, you can do it your own way.
Cheers!
