If we are just trying to get the game to run smoother then it is simple. Bot teams are already useless unless they have just become a bot from a human who quit the game in the last few weeks.

Bot rules:
When a team becomes a bot they sell allplayers of value $10,000+ (Already happens)
Then they fire all remaining players until they have the 10 with the highest salaries left.
They never train anything.
They have no economy.
Their GS is fixed at respectable.
They always play base/man to man (Already happens)
During the offseason processing after the draft every bot team firse its lowest salaried players until it has 10 players again.

Easy.

Maybe someone should look at the impact of those division VI leagues with thousands of teams that contribute nothing besides giving every team in the nation a free $100,000 each season from free cup wins.

When new player start the game, he gets random team of 21 (or so not shure of number) of players. Why not start same script on all boot teams at the begining of each season (maybe rduce number of players to 12). It is exsisting script that can celan up bot teams, I think.

As I said: it's a very good idea! A good way to make the game faster without causing trouble!

Sorry but in this bad moment, I dug up this subject.

It's one solution to reduce training process but it isn't cause of problem.
